DUAL VOCATIONAL STUDY ABROAD – 100% COMMITMENT TO WORK AND SETTLE IN GERMANY
With the support and introduction of the Embassy of Vietnam in Germany, the Consulate General of Vietnam in Frankfurt am Main and the permission of the Vien Dong College to link vocational training programs and go to work abroad after graduating from high school by the General Department of Vocational Education (VET).
In 2024, Vien Dong College continues to receive 80 scholarships to waive 100% of tuition fees to study abroad in Germany (free and paid study) for students graduating from high school / intermediate / college 2024 joint program between Far Eastern College and large corporations in Germany: Avestos, Knappschaft, Hoffmann, Awo, Azurit & Hansa, German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK)
This is an official program implemented in Vietnam with the authentication of State management agencies in the field of SOE, the program includes:
1. Beneficiaries: Graduated from high school/ University, college, intermediate level or studying at Far Eastern College
– Male / female from 18 – 35 years old
– Good health, no infectious diseases
– Have a certificate B1/B2 (for Nursing) or A2 German (for other professions)

2.1. For students who choose to study Two Step – Two Care program: 2 + 2 program
>> Form of study:
– 02 years studying in Vietnam: Students study 1 year of nursing at Vien Dong College and 1 year of German to get a B1 degree
– 02 years studying in Germany: to Knappschaft Group (Germany) while studying and working.
>> Benefits:
– When graduating: Students receive 02 degrees: College of Nursing from Vien Dong College and vocational degree from Germany.
>> Job opportunities:
+ 02 years of study in Germany: Free study and receive apprenticeship allowance from 1.500 to 1.950 Euro/month
+ To work and settle in Germany or return to Vietnam to work at major hospitals.
+ Salary after graduation: 3.200 to 3.500 Euro/month.

Students studying the 2+2 program to Germany in December 2022: studying at Rhein – Maas hospital of Knappschaft hospital group
2.2. For candidates who have graduated from University, College, Intermediate or are studying at Vien Dong College, 3+1 program
>> Condition 1:
+ Candidates graduated from College / University in Nursing
+ Having a practicing certificate
+ German B2
>> Roadmap:
– Study College / University of Nursing at Vien Dong College or at other universities and colleges (If students graduate from Colleges / Universities other than Far Eastern Colleges: 6-month additional internship at major hospitals: Cho Ray Hospital, Tropical Diseases Hospital).
– Learn German A1 to B2: at Vietnam German Foreign Language Center (7th floor – Far Eastern College)
– When coming to Germany, candidates will sign a labor contract as an assistant or assistant, for a period of 6 months to strengthen German as B2 and add practice programs at 11 hospitals belonging to Knappschaft Medical Group or Awo and Azurit Hasa corporations, …: salary from 2.300 Euro/month.
– After studying and passing, candidates are recognized as a qualified workforce and are entitled to the same salary and benefits as Germans with a starting salary of 3,200 – 3,500 Euro/month or more.
>> Benefits: The waiting period for qualification assessment and additional study will be enjoyed:
– Applicants are financially supported by a German enterprise (when the candidate meets condition 1) including: German language tuition fees A1 to B2; Airfare to Germany; Cost of application procedures
– Enjoy 24 – 29 vacation days/year (Depending on each business)
– After working for at least 3 years, be issued a long-term residence card (equivalent to immigration and sponsored relatives)
>> Condition 2:
– Candidates have graduated from Intermediate, College, University majors in Mechanics, Electricity, Electronics, Refrigeration, Automotive, Construction, Restaurant – Hotel, Kitchen, Cake, Beauty Care
– German achieved A2 or B1 or B2 depending on the requirements of each order of the enterprise
>> Roadmap and benefits:
– Study Intermediate/College at Far Eastern College or at other Universities and Colleges.
– Learn German A1 to B2 depending on requirements: at Vietnam German Foreign Language Center (7th floor – Vien Dong College)
– During German language study, carry out the prescribed degree assessment process (3 to 6 months)
– Before coming to Germany, candidates will be held online / offline interviews and sign labor contracts directly with enterprises belonging to Avestos Group, Chamber of Crafts, Erfurt city ..
– Come to Germany to continue learning German for free to reach B2 level and work in the right profession studied, receive salary from 2.500 – 3.000 Euro/month and enjoy all benefits like Germans
– Enjoy 24 – 29 vacation days/year (Depending on each business)
– After working for at least 3 years, be issued a long-term residence card (equivalent to immigration and sponsored relatives)
Students working in the Automotive industry under the 3+1 program
2.3. For candidates who choose to study the 1+3 program
>> Form of study:
+ Students study 1 year of German to get a B1 degree
+ 03 years studying in Germany: to Knappschaft Group, Awo, Avestos, Azirut Hansa, Erfurt City Trade and Crafts Department,… Work-study at the same time.
>> Benefits:
– Job opportunities:
+ 03 years of study in Germany: Free study and receive apprenticeship subsidy from 850 to 1.400 Euro/month
+ To work and settle in Germany or return to Vietnam to work at major hospitals.
2.3.1 For candidates who have graduated from high school
>> Benefits
Candidates receive apprenticeship subsidies for each discipline and each vocational training company will have different allowances. Some basic allowances from 01.08.2019 are as follows:
• Industry groups: Restaurant management; Hotel; Chef; Making bread, pastries; Wellness – Spa – general healthcare, Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical, Construction, … Supported :
First year: EUR 710/month
Second year: EUR 780/month
Third year: EUR 895/month
• Nursing has the following level of support:
First year: €950 to €1,140/month
Second year: €1,140 to €1,207/month
Third year: €1,207 to €1,303/month
Especially: only need to achieve German B1 (no financial proof required)
After graduation, candidates are allowed to sign an official labor contract with the salary agreed between the candidate and the employer ranging from 2.800 to 3.200 EUR/month depending on the industry
Applicants can continue their studies to university level or professional enrichment courses depending on the ability and needs of the employer company.

3. Registration form, time to receive applications and start German classes:
3.1. Application form

– Application period: from the date of notification to 15/05/2024
– Opening of German classes: 20/05/2024 (there are opening classes every month)
3.3. Application documents:
1. Resume (brief – paste photo, follow the form).
2. German B1 or B2 German certificate (if any).
3. High school diploma (notarized photo)

4. A visa application includes:
1. Resume (brief – paste photo, follow the form).
2. German B1 or B2 German certificate.

5. Motivation letter for apprenticeship of your choice (the school will instruct you to write)
6. Certificate of single status.
7. Passport.
8. Certification of basic knowledge of the profession you want to study (if any).
9. Vietnamese-English bilingual health certificate.
5. Cost of learning German and support for completing application procedures:
5.1. Cost while in Vietnam:
– Tuition fee for full course A1 to B1 (tuition fee excluding exam fee): 40 million VND (studied directly with graduated lecturers in Germany sent by German companies to teach)
=> Broken down several times closed in each level: A1 (12 million); A2 (12 million); B1 (16 million); B2 (18 million)
– Cost of preparing documents: translation of documents, insurance, air tickets, visa application, bus registration, transportation when candidates arrive in Germany, medical examination, assistance in finding accommodation: 159 million VND
=> Total cost until the date of arrival in Germany 1+3 program payable in Vietnam: 199 million VND
=> Total cost until the date of arrival in Germany 2+2 program must be paid in Vietnam: 215 million VND
=> Total cost until the date of arrival in Germany 3+1 program must be paid in Vietnam: 199 million VND (If students have an Associate degree in Nursing or higher, German B2, have a practicing certificate: 99 million)
5.2. Cost when coming to Germany:
