The Parents’ Representatives Conference (CMHV) is the annual meeting between the school representatives and the class representatives of the CMHV, aimed at strengthening the connection between the school’s administration and the CMHV. This conference serves to summarize the activities of the academic year 2023 – 2024 and to set the direction and action plan for the academic year 2024 – 2025.

Conference (CMHV) for the academic year 2024 – 2025 in Hall A. The purpose of this conference was to set goals, refine the organizational structure, and discuss solutions to fulfill the mission of bridging the gap between families and the school in the new academic year.

The conference was attended by Ms. Phan Thi Le Thu, the Deputy Principal of the school, the CMHV representatives from the academic year 2023 – 2024, representatives from 36 classes, and all cultural and vocational instructors.

On behalf of the Parents’ Representatives Committee for the academic year 2023 – 2024, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thien Kim, the Deputy Head of the Committee, reported on the situation and results of activities from the previous academic year and proposed the direction and tasks for the 2024 – 2025 term. The report highlighted the active collaboration of the Parents’ Representatives Committee in educational work, motivating and encouraging students with high academic achievements, providing strong support for students participating in exams, and assisting those in difficult circumstances to strive for better academic performance.

During the meeting, Ms. Phan Thi Le Thu, the Deputy Principal of the school, also provided a summary of the training results for the academic year 2023 – 2024, as well as the orientations for the academic year 2024 – 2025 and information regarding the school’s financial contributions.

After the sharing session by Ms. Nguyen Thi Thien Kim and Ms. Phan Thi Le Thu, there was a discussion panel to address questions and gather feedback from the representatives of the Parent-Student Association (CMHV) from various classes.

Following a thorough response to the inquiries from the CMHV representatives and the suggestions provided to enhance the school’s activities and the performance of the CMHV for the academic year 2024 – 2025, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thien Kim, on behalf of the CMHV representative board for the academic year 2023 – 2024, declared the end of her term.

After nearly four hours of serious and responsible work, the congress reached a unanimous decision with 100% votes to establish the direction and action plan for the academic year 2024 – 2025.

The congress also elected the CMHV representative board for the term 2024 – 2025, consisting of 18 parents representing all students’ families in the school, who will continue to shoulder the responsibility alongside the school as they step forward into the new academic year.

After a period of active, urgent work and a high sense of responsibility, the distinguished delegates and parents made many valuable contributions to the CMHV Representative Congress and established plans for the academic year 2024 – 2025.
